Ingredients

cups
grated carrot
Freshly ground pepper
½ cup oil-free dill dressing
1
small red or mild white onion, sliced and separated into rings
½ cup sliced radishes
1
cup
torn spinach
1
cup
shredded romaine
1
cup
grated turnip
1
cup
grated jicama
1
cup
grated zucchini
1
cup
shredded red cabbage
1
cup
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Instructions
Combine all the vegetables, except the tomatoes, in a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over and toss to mix.
Serve at once, garnished with pepper and the tomatoes.
